Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the QuaLiFY website (http://www.qualify-fp7.eu) (“QuaLiFY Website”) or associated Quisper Service Platform (http://quisper.eu) (“QSP”) and Quisper website (http://quisper.eu, “Quisper Website”), operated by EuroFIR AISBL (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the QuaLiFY and Quisper Websites and QSP are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others.

By accessing or using the QuaLiFY and Quisper Websites and QSP you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access QuaLiFY and Quisper Websites and QSP.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for reviewing information posted online to obtain timely notice of any changes.

Your continued use of the QuaLiFY and Quisper Websites and QSP after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, as modified by the posted changes.

About us

The aim of the QuaLiFY and Quisper Websites is to provide information about:

  • Quality Information Services and Dietary Advice for Personalized Nutrition in Europe (Quisper) has received funding from EIT Food (ID 18064) (2018)
  • Quantify Life – Feed Yourself (QuaLiFY) (Grant Agreement No. 613783), which received funding from the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme for Research, Technological Development and Demonstration (2014-2015): THEME [KBBE.2013.2.6-01 KBBE.2013.2.6-01]

QSP was developed as part of QuaLiFY project (“QuaLiFY”) and continues to be developed under Quisper project (“Quisper”).

The partner organisations (“Partners”) involved in development of the QuaLiFY and Quisper Websites and QSP are Quadram Bioscience Insitute (QIB, UK), EuroFIR AISBL (BE), PepsiCo International (UK), shiftN (BE), the hyve (NL), Technische Universität München (TUM, DE) and the University of Reading (UK).

Contacting you

We take your privacy very seriously and your personal information will only be used by authorised individuals to administer your account(s) and provide QSP services.

This means we do share your information and anonymised information about our users amongst those organisations responsible for the QuaLiFY and Quisper Websites and QSP, specifically shiftN (BE), the hyve (NL) and EuroFIR AISBL (BE). We will never share your details with a third party.

We are not responsible for the privacy or use of your data by a third party linked to the QuaLiFY and Quisper Websites and QSP.

From time-to-time, we would like to contact you for feedback (separate from anonymised feedback) or details of other products and services we provide. On the first occasion, you will be asked if you consent to us contacting you for these purposes and how you would like us to contact you, i.e. post, email, telephone or text.

Governing Law

The QuaLiFY and Quisper Websites are hosted by EuroFIR AISBL in Belgium. Thus, to the extent permitted by law, the present General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian Law only and the courts of Brussels will have sole jurisdiction in relation to any dispute regarding these General Terms and Conditions.

The QSP developer site is hosted by the hyve in the Netherlands. Thus, to the extent permitted by law, the present General Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch Law only and the courts of Amsterdam will have sole jurisdiction in relation to any dispute regarding these General Terms and Conditions.

QSP is accessed via Amazon Cognito and part of Amazon Web Services Inc,
